After placing an order with us we will carefully & mindfully package your products. Then we will ship your products usually within 1-3 business days.
Your order is normally shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel unless you select a different service. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number & can view shipping updates to see where your wonderful package is.

International shipping:
International shipping rates vary depending on weight. Please contact us so we can calculate how much your order would cost. International delivery can take between 3 and 10 weeks to arrive by Surface or 1 to 2 weeks by Air service. Please contact your customs authority to find out if any additional import fees or taxes will be charged.
There can be customs charges on orders from outside Canada and we ask you to check with your local customs authority on this type of tax or duty charge (So far we haven't got any feedback from US customers about having to pay extra duties).
