We believe in our handcrafted, natural goodies, however, we also understand that not every product will work for every customer. If you haven't fallen in love with the product you purchased and would like to return it, no problem! Returned items need to be 80% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior approval. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us immediately and we will re-ship the correct item at no additional cost.
