WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Due to the delicate nature of the botanicals and oils in our products and the fact that we do not harsh incorporate synthetic preservatives, the shelf life of our products is typically 10 - 24 months. We use ECOCert preservatives, when required, or Vitamin E to ensure we are keeping our products as safe and natural as possible. We also make our products in small batches to ensure that what is going out is freshly made. To insure your product lasts long it is important to store it correctly (see next question for directions). If you purchase a product that you think is past its prime, please contact us and we will get to the bottom of it.
HOW SHOULD I STORE THE PRODUCTS I JUST BOUGHT?
We suggest storing our products in a cool environment (room temperature or below) and out of direct sunlight with the cap on securely in order to keep them at their best.

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
No. No way. We test our products on friends & family, not animals ;)
DOES YOUR DEODORANT ACTUALLY WORK?
YES. I know it's hard to believe with all the natural deodorants out there that just try to mask odors and don't really do the job. Our amazing formulation using a vast array of natural ingredients gets the job done for you, and it lasts 24 hours for most people, like the conventinal aluminium filled junk, without the junk!
WILL THE DEODORANT STAIN MY CLOTHES?
Our deodorant should not stain your clothes if applied correctly. If too much product is applied (more than 1-2 swipes) or if deodorant is not given enough time to dry thoroughly, product may transfer to clothes and cause staining - which is typically easily removed by washing the clothing. Soaking in hot soapy water if required will help get it out. When our deodorant is applied correctly staining is very rare.
WILL I STILL SWEAT WHEN USING YOUR DEODORANT?
Yes. But, you will feel more dry than if you weren't wearing our deodorant. The Arrowroot powder and the synergistic unique blend of clays will help absorb the moisture. Remember, sweating is good! Especially when it doesn’t smell bad. Sweating is the natural way your body rids itself of toxins and cools itself. Using our deodorant is a win-win, for your body and your social life.
IS THE CONTAINER RECYCLABLE?
Yes the container is recyclable.
I'M HAVING A REACTION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We recommend stopping use if any irritation occurs as we are not doctors, we don't pretend to be and it's the safest thing for us to say. You are welcome to do your own research into Armpit detoxing and how it can cause temporary inflammation of lymph nodes or a rash. Some individuals are sensitive to Baking soda, if that is the case for you, we recommend trying out baking soda free deodorant!
MY DEODORANT WENT SOFT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In really hot weather it can go soft, just stick it in the fridge for a bit and it will re-solidify.

We use Canada Post for all our shipments
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Canadian orders in 2-8 Business days from date of fulfilment.
USA orders 1-2 weeks from date of fulfilment.
WILL MY ORDER COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, the only orders that do not come with a tracking number are sample orders. Those we send via lettermail to be able to keep your cost as low as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30 day return policy so - long as the product is still 80% in tact. Proof of purchase and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
HOW ARE THE ITEMS CREDITED BACK TO ME?
Returned items are normally credited through the original credit cards used to purchase, E Transfer or Pay Pal.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed from the day you return your package. We will notify you by phone or email once we have processed your return.
